Seeing this image takes me back to the main street through Mazunte, Oaxaca, Mexico. Jim and I were walking back to our hotel after some shopping and I spotted this lovely flower at a small little roadside restaurant. You can see the menu in the background. I was struck by the beautiful yellow. I don’t recall having ever seen a hibiscus this color before or since. Flowers bring me such joy, as does being in the warmth of this part of Mexico.
