This lotus flower was caught blossoming and blushing in it’s gentle pink at Vila Taranto in Verbania, Italy during a summer vacation a few years back. Oh, how we enjoyed the beautiful gardens at the Vila, even with the bits of drizzle that decided to wash over us and all of the greenery. Previously I shared another type of lotus blossoming at the Vila: a little gift and sacred lotus, as well as a pretty flower along the main street of town: fragrant light and at the waterfront: morning joy.
