I am an avid runner, enjoy yoga and gardening, and love traveling with my husband Jim. I love to write and have published two books of poetry: my first in 2012, Mostly My Heart Sings, and my latest in 2017, And Then Opens Possibility. I currently call home Iowa City, Iowa.
I decided to create this blog one day when I was sitting in my office and my eyes moved around the room, taking in all of the little objects collected that make my heart happy. I thought it would be fun to be intentional about appreciating the small things that keep me company around the house.
