hairy coos

In Scotland, this type of cow is called a ‘hairy coo’. Isn’t it cute? (Be sure to check out the bonus photo below to see a couple of it’s buddies who wear a beige coat.) One of the things I knew I wanted to see on our trip was this Highland cow, which I’d never seen before. Apparently they’ve been roaming the wild Scottish countryside since the 6th century!
