I didn’t actually take this photo, although I did provide guidance on the shot I hoped my husband, Jim, would take of me on the sands of Vrulja Bay on the Makarska Coast of Croatia. We were there on our annual summer vacation to Europe, relaxing and rejuvenating in 2005. Isn’t this just a divine spot to be celebrating your wedding anniversary together? It was a little hike to find, and worth whatever effort was required. Below is a bonus photo of another beach along the Makarska coast that we stopped to check out at Gradac.
