I took this photo on my girl’s weekend trip to Key West, Florida in 2009 with my friend’s Anne and Peg. I think it’s a white heron, but it might be a snowy egret? Although I am certain whatever kind of bird it is, it looks gorgeous contrast against the turquoise shallow waters of the Altantic. I posted some other images from that trip last week: To Sea.
