The Englert is a renovated vaudeville-era playhouse located in Iowa City, Iowa that is now a community arts center and 725-seat performance venue that hosts a variety of events including live music, comedy, dance, plays, lectures, film screenings, civic events, and more. Jim and I were there to see Brandi Carlile in 2013. It’s special and fun when we go hear a musician live.
