Gourmet White-Mellow Mushroom, Burlington, North Carolina, 2011

This is a Great White (formerly White Gourmet or Gourmet White, I always got it the reverse of its actual name :)) pizza from Mellow Mushroom pizza. Oh, how my husband Jim and I love this tasty treat! We like to get a large, share half and freeze the other half for another time – we find the frozen half is as good, if not better, than the fresh-out-of-the-bakers-oven. (It has an olive oil and garlic base with roma and sun-dried roasted tomatoes, sweet onions, provolone, feta cheese, seasoned ricotta, mozzarella, and fresh basil.)
